Partially finished basement room could be used as a shop. Enjoy cool mountain nights by the fireplaces and wake each morning to explore the Blue Ridge parkway with it's many waterfalls, visit nearby Linville Winery, Grandfather Mountain, and Blowing Rock. Bear Den Mountain resort boasts a lake / beach for swimming and fishing (no license required). For hikers, there are over 13 miles of trails for you to explore (plus the Blue Ridge Pkwy) and a 50 foot Waterfall that you can hear from the deck.
